I also suggest for the tougher tank choices to remove the limit on how many each side can build, the vehicles in game already cost a ridiculous amount of fuel to build, why have build limits?ģ. My suggestion to fix this is to make the Chinese MBT weaker, add a tougher Chinese tank choice like the type 99, and to give the Americans a weaker main battle tank like the M86 Patton. The M1A2 is supposed to be the armor doctrines special super tank and it dies way too easily, plus the Americans lack any in-between tanks while the Chinese can straight up rock and build MBTs. To make matters worse is the M1A2 can die very easily to the Chinese anti tank emplacements and the self propelled gun, like a little too easily. There are not enough tank choices the Americans have a lot of light armor vehicles that count as heavy armor but they die so easily to enemy units that it isn't very fair. This kind of defeats the purpose of having them on a hill if they can't fire down hills.ģ. for some odd reason when parked on a hill with one side that is impassible, the tow emplacements will not fire down hills and there is no option to make them fire indirectly. Which brings me to the other problem tow missiles won't fire down hills. The vehicle mortars need a longer range than the infantry because they quite literally share the same ranges. The chinese mortar teams have a longer range than the american mortar teams to the point that even the mortar carriers are constantly moving to chase them. There are effectively no American countermeasures and it wouldn't hurt to have something like an Anti Air humvee or a goal keeper emplacement that the players can build.Ģ. The Americans need a dedicated anti air choice because of the Chinese call down powers like their napalm strike. The Americans have no anti air choices most of the Chinese forces as far as the AI goes rarely use anti air, but they have Anti Air themselves and will use it frequently to devastating effect, to the point the air superiority doctrines are virtually useless. Most of my issues lay with the Americans so most of these will be addressing them.ġ. I will write a fair criticism of this mod though as it feels imbalanced and feels like there are serious oversights and AI faults that should be addressed, as well as some balance fixes due to the play time i had against the in-game AI. I love this game it has a lot of fun features and a lot of great content.
